Privilege Fort Beach
“Privilege Fort Beach” complex is located near the Elenite resort. It is a first line complex, located in a picturesque bay on the beach Robinson. Surrounded by sea and pine forest, the complex offers a rare and extremely healthy combination of sea and mountain climate.
The wonderful sandy beach, the nearby Aqua park, supermarket, taxi and bus service make the complex ideal place for summer vacation on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. In “Privilege Fort Beach” you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with your family! You and your children can enjoy the pools, the Jacuzzi and the artificial river floating through the complex. All the pools have life-guards. The sun lounges around the pools are free of charge.
Besides the splendid swimming pools and the beautiful green areas there are four children playgrounds, outdoor fitness, beauty and massage center, medical center, supermarket, fitness, sauna, Pizza restaurant, “Ship – Bar-Restaurant” with panoramic view, free parking for owners and guests, tennis court/football field.
The owners pay an annual maintenance and management tax, in amount of 12 euro (including 20% VAT) per square meter of the total area of the apartment. This tax covers the following:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex;
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings;
- Maintenance and repairs of the infrastructure and communications;
- Maintenance of the swimming pools;
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex;
- Year round security;
- Using of the swimming pools;
- Electric lighting of the common territories;
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building;
- A unique “Fort Noks Guarantee” program offers a term less guarantee for most of the elements of the finishing works and materials in all the apartments.
The complexes are designed for comfortable year round living. In the reception you can find a variety of paid services – everything that you may need during your stay in Bulgaria:
- all year round cleaning of the apartments;
- repairs of the apartments;
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./;
- rent-a-car;
- furnishing of the apartments;
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services;
- cable TV and telephone;
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in the complexes.
All apartments have stylish interior and fully furnished bathrooms. The finishing works are implemented with the highest quality materials. The outer walls of the buildings are isolated with 5-cm layer of moisture proof BAUMIT and mineral plaster. All interior walls are made of bricks or Ytong. There is a winter-summer air conditioner in each room.
The cost of the following finishing works is included in the price of each apartment:
Hall: floor – terra-cotta, walls – latex paint, ceiling – latex paint.
Bathroom: floor – terracotta, walls – tiles to the ceiling, false ceiling;
- sanitary equipment: toilette bowl, mixing tap, shower cabin;
- accessories – bathrobe holder, circle towel rail, toilet paper rail, closet brush;
- upper and lower cupboards;
- electric boiler.
Living room/bedroom(s): floor – laminated parquet, walls – latex paint, ceiling – latex paint, PVC joinery with inside blinds.
Kitchen box: floor – terracotta, walls – latex paint, ceiling – latex paint.
Option for digital television, internet and telephone;
Interior doors – MDF;
Exterior doors – metal with decorative cover.
